Terms of Agreement with writers

Account Registration 

You have to register by providing your email, password, full name, phone number, nickname, academic level and your bio. It is required to download the writing skills test, answer to all the questions and upload it to the platform with copies of your degrees, your ID and samples of your work.  

Your account will be created based on the information you provide. 

You agree to provide complete, accurate and current information during the registration process and to update this information as necessary to ensure that it remains complete, accurate and up to date. 

 

Password Protection 
When creating your account, you will be asked to create a password, which you are solely responsible for protecting. We encourage you to use “strong” passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper- and lower-case letters, numbers and symbols). You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and agree to notify Us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. In addition, you acknowledge and agree that you will be solely responsible for any activities or actions on or through your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with the above requirements. 

 

Account suspension and deletion 

You can delete your account at any time by clicking the deactivate button in your account settings. 

 

Actions that lead to deactivation of the writer’s account 

  • If the information you originally provided to register on our website is later modified, it is false or misleading.  
  • If you create more than one accounts 
  • If any information provided during the registration process is deemed incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, misleading or fraudulent. 
  • If you attempt to contact the client for any reason by any means other than those provided by the company’s platform is considered a violation of these terms.  
  • If you attempt to obtain clients’ personal data in order to circumvent the company or accept client’s proposal to bypass the company, your account will be deactivated by the company without prior notice.  
  • If you have more than one active account at any one time. 
  • If you do not keep confidential personal information that comes to your knowledge in the course of your duties and you use or misuse it. 
  • In case of refusal undertaking more than 3 orders, your account will be deactivated, considering your participation as spam and unprofessional. 
  • If you hand over part or all of the work in progress or being completed to a third party, whether a student or not. 
  • If you refuse requests for revisions, as long as the customer’s review request does not deviate from their original instructions. 
  • If you impose hidden charges and require additional fees, unless clients change their original instructions. 
  • If you reuse or resell or publish clients’ work.  
  • In case of not prompt response to messages and requests from clients and the company.  
  • If you disclaim your liability to clients to clients and the company in the event of an unsuccessful outcome due to your non-compliance with the client’s initial instructions and academic standards. 
  • If you deliver plagiarized content. 
  • If you deliver work that is generated by AI tools (such as Chat GPT) and related tools. 
  • If you use paraphrasing tools such as Grammarly and other tools that are considered writing aids. 
  • Ιf we identify rude and/or inappropriate behaviour, abuse of clients and/or Company employees. 

 

Author/Independent Contractor Liability 

Writers are committed to: 

Proof of originality and authenticity: It is their responsibility to prove to the client that their work is free from plagiarism and that they have not used artificial intelligence tools. Plagiarism and AI Reports are considered as evidence. The reports must be derived from reliable programs and not from programs that are provided for free. 

Original Work: The work submitted by writers must be original, free of plagiarism and use of AI tools. Writers should always use proper citations and references, following proper academic and ethical standards. 

Progressive Delivery: They must deliver orders to clients in parts (2 – 4 pars) and accept requests for revisions until the result meets their expectations. The clients can track the progress of their orders through contacting the writers at any time through the available communication channels to receive updates on the status of their orders. 

Meeting deadlines: Writers must strictly adhere to the delivery schedule agreed upon, making the necessary modifications or corrections if required. 

Adherence to Instructions: Writers must follow the client’s instructions and not deviate from what has been agreed upon, as they are solely responsible for producing authentic content without plagiarism and the use of AI tools, paraphrasing and writing tools. 

Clarifications Request: They must ask clients to provide any clarifications/information/instructions in case they perceive that the result will not be commensurate with the information provided by the authority, as they are the only ones responsible for resolving any problem that arises during the development of the project with the client. 

Informing about any deviations: To inform the client of any deviations from what was agreed upon and in case the client persistently requests that the next request be fulfilled, to negotiate the price and delivery time themselves. 

Deliver inability: In case of any insurmountable obstacle to the preparation and execution of the respective project by the writer, which constitutes force majeure, the writer must contact the company to assign the order to another writer. 

Customer experience: They must strive for the best possible customer experience and receive the best possible rating from them. 

Order Review: Writers are solely responsible to clients and the company for any unsuccessful results due to failure to follow the client’s original instructions and academic standards. The review must be completed within the agreed upon timeframe and in conformance with the Revision Policy. 

Use of valid sources: They must seek information from valid and reliable primary and secondary sources to prepare the project. 

Mandatory bibliography: They must definitely use the bibliography suggested by the client along with any other relevant ones.  

Style and approach adaptation: They must not use the same bibliography and the same approach (verbal and stylistic) when undertaking a project similar or identical to a project already completed for another client. 

Alignment with scientific writing rules: During the writing process, the rules of writing scientific papers and the guides provided by clients must be followed closely, while Wikipedia cannot be used as a bibliographic source – bibliography, as well as sources of questionable validity and reliability of the writer or sources without reference to the author. 

Professional Communication: The writer shall communicate with clients in a professional manner. Therefore, all communications must be channeled solely through the platform and Direct contact off the platform, for example, phone calls, text messages, or personal emails, is strictly prohibited. 

Quality Assurance: Writers are expected to deliver high-quality work that meets the academic or professional standards as ordered. This includes thorough research, clear writing, and attention to detail. 

Confidentiality: Writers shall respect the confidentiality of all client information and content. It is strictly forbidden to share or disclose any client details or order content. 

Liability: In the event of disputes or appeals under this mandate, the authors are responsible for the work they produced. 

 

Legal Action/Liability Policy 

We are committed to providing academic writing services of the highest quality. However, our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. 

The website functions only as a platform where the clients and writers connect. Our role is limited to facilitating communication, payment processing, and adhering to platform policies. In no case shall the platform assume any liability for the content created or performance of services delivered. 

We will not be liable for any indirect, punitive, exemplary, incidental, special or consequential damages arising during and after the term of the written contract, including loss of status, loss of college degree or college fees should such unforeseen circumstances arise. This applies equally regardless of whether the liability is actual or perceived and whether either party has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 

In the event that the student takes legal action, the author will be the defendant. The writer, as the creator of the work, accepts full responsibility for any legal actions by the client in case of dissatisfaction, alleged plagiarism, or any other issues arising concerning delivered content. The writer hereby affirms and accepts that he/she is fully responsible for the quality, originality, and adherence to the client’s instructions. 

Mastersessays.com is not a party to the contracts entered between the clients and writers. By such, the platform shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or disputes arising out of services delivered by writers. All legal disputes shall be referred towards the writer involved in the order. 

In the event of any litigation, Mastersessays.com can provide documentation such as details about the order, communication records, and other related information to assist in the amicable resolution of the dispute. However, the platform shall not represent or act on behalf of any party in such proceedings. 

Users are expected to use the Mastersessays.com in conformity with all the relevant laws and regulations. It is the writer’s responsibility to ensure work produced meets all academic, professional, and legal standards to avoid any disputes or cases of litigation. 

 

Relationships between the Parties 

The Company does not act as an employer of any Freelance Writer. Professionals may use the Site only for the purpose of providing writing services subject to these Terms. 

As such, the Company will not be liable for any taxes or withholdings, including but not limited to unemployment insurance, employer’s liability, workers’ compensation insurance, social security or payroll tax withholding. 

The Services provide a link to writers who are willing to be hired by Clients as independent contractors.
